Portland Victory Center is a ministry committed to restoring drug addicts and their families through the gospel of Jesus Christ, giving them a better foundation and a commitment to their community to be a more responsible citizen, and letting them know that their past does not determine their future.

We invite everyone to visit our ministry and see the work that God is doing for his people. We are a very small ministry, but we are doing some very big and important things for Christ.

This is where you can help. We have a very limited amount of funds. This is a very bad time for all families whether you are an addict or not. If God has blessed you with a roof over your head and a family that is healthy by the grace of God you have been chosen by Him to help others.

You can help by donating your time with our ministry or by giving a small monthly monetary donation that will help keep our doors open so we can continue to do God's work. All donations are tax exempt. We are a non-profit. Send donations to the address above.
